As part of our commitment to the GATSBY career benchmarks, Statutory Guidance and the progression of our students, Mount St Joseph works closely with the Connexions service and our Further Education and Training providers to track student destinations.  

Our form tutors, Pastoral Officers, Heads of Year and the Connexions Advisor work closely to monitor the progress of students and quickly identify any students that require further support, to ensure they have the best opportunities when they leave in Year 11.  To keep in touch with our students, after they leave school, we ask for their consent by asking them to complete a data consent form during the final summer term. 

Enrolment data is provided by colleges and training providers and a copy of the annual activity survey report from Connexions is made available (copies of which can be found below).   

As you can see from the summary tables below, the vast majority of students from the 2022 and 2023 cohort went on to further education, and a number of them secured apprenticeship opportunities.
