Online secondary school place applications for September 2024 open in September 2023.

The closing date for secondary school applications is 31st October 2024

If you apply after 31st October 2023 your application will be late and this may affect the outcome

The offer day for Year 6 transfer secondary school places is 1st March 2024. If you applied online for a secondary school place you will be able to view the offer by logging into your online application.

Transferring your child between Secondary Schools

If your child is already at secondary school in Bolton and you want to transfer to Mount St Joseph, you will need to complete an In Year Transfer Form. Part of the form must be completed by your child’s current school. When the form is complete it will need to be returned to Pupil and Student Services.
