Award Winning Author Malcolm Rose to deliver Creative Writing Workshop on the 4th March.
Former Open University Chemistry lecturer and celebrated award winning murder mystery writer Malcolm Rose will be delivering a creative writing workshop for our Year 7, 8 and 9 students here at Mount St. Joseph on Friday the 4th of March.
The first book of the Traces series, Framed!, was selected by the United States Board on Books for Young People and the Children's Book Council as an Outstanding International Book for 2006. The Highest Form of Killing was nominated for an Edgar Award. Both The OBTUSE Experiment and Tunnel Vision were commended by the Young Book Trust. Tunnel Vision and Plague received the Angus Book Award, and also won the Lancashire Children's Book of the Year Award.
Malcolm has also just finished his latest book which will be launching in March called ‘Connor’s Brain’ which he is extremely proud of and has gone on to say “It contains my best writing ever!”.
